New Magincia plot NOT placing

Has anyone else had a problem placing on their N.M. plot ?
I have tried all i know as well as a couple other veteran player. Still nothing. Yes the deed is in my pack, tried smaller sizes , cleared debris. anyone have any more tricks.
This is on the ORIGIN shard.

First - Its a lottery and not an auction. Big difference.

Second - Origin is the only shard where the lottery was drawn since they got the publish earlier. This was on origin.

Last - Yes, you need to have the play window in the top left of the screen in order to place properly.

what does "play window" mean? is it the house placement gump?
