I brokered a C-1 location on Lake Superior, the center spot with stalls in front for 400 Million, but the house was well decorated. Probably 100m in items if that.
And here we walked up and placed C-1 on Atl on open ground with no one around for free...

& here is where i'm conflicted. I like the Legends server, free space galore. Want a castle spot, no problem. Want a Zento or New Mag house they are free for the taking. The only bad thing is it's not as busy as Atl.I guess its all about perspective. Do you want to have an amazing house spot out in the country for cheap or a nice house in the city that cost a bucket of money?
