new mag CharGar's house private?

Well, as most of the shard knows, I received a castle in Minoc. I traded that castle to CharGar last night. Creeger will be receiving my New Mag house. Im not sure if he intends to keep it public or not. Should be traded to Creeger today. Stay Tooned!
