A new project is in the works at the Library!

First and foremost it is my pleasure and intent to both admire and credit
the hard working crew at the Chessy Rares Festival for developing this outstanding design and concept.
Simple, Safe & most importantly - FUN!

If I can find out for a fact who the owner of this idea is, then their name will be edited into this post!
**** The White book on the elven podium will remain as the current version of the auction rules and standards! ****
BASIC CONCEPT:
*Items and contact info are submitted for auction at the library.
*Items and contact info are secured at the library.
*Auction length and price variables are established.
*Auction is open for bidding.
*Auction is won and payment is made OR items are deemed as a No Sale.
*Payments and or items are distributed to appropriate party(s).
SECURITY BONUS FEATURES OF @ND3R'S SILENT @UCTION
*SECURITY IS #1!!*
*@nders Silent @uction is a SINGLE OWNER establishment.
*NO IN GAME EMPLOYEES! All items will be handled by @nder only!
(Allows the home to be customized and locked completely down to ensure the safety of ANY item submitted behind closed doors!)
*Items are locked down onto tables in front of the owners
and not stored in bags! Verify the safety of your item when its submitted!!
