New Guild for returning players

I am hoping to put together a guild for players that took a long time off from the game. Centered around casual returning players that want a group to play with and consistently do all of the content. There would be two guilds one for Factions/Guild warfare and the main guild.

You could probably place an 18X18 if you search every corner. Just a max storage home would be easier. Most likely you will have to buy an 18X18 going rate is about 30mill+. I was able to place a Large Tower with minimal searching.
