Do you know if the new gamecodes are still bugged? In the official site there is written nothing.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
Lucky you! I was charged 3 times for an order. I have not received my order nor have I received a refund of the 2 over charges. I made a ticket at the website Chrissay sent us to and received an e-mail from them asking for info, but no codes or refunds so far.Hi Ivory,
If you are talking about how on the first day the website gave you an error when you tried to order them, then yes that has been fixed.
The gamecodes themselves were never bugged, just the website that you ordered them from.
They fixed my original order for me, and another order since then went fine.
I clicked on the link then clicked on the "PC" button. The next drop down menus I chose the following:Well i ended up getting my codes friday, but still being double charged.
I will never order from that website again.
Guess i will try to figure out how to create a ticket, which is bs, this shouldn't have happened in the first place. * ok i give up how do you create a support ticket at http://support.ea.com
When i try this it only brings up help topicsI clicked on the link then clicked on the "PC" button. The next drop down menus I chose the following:
Platform & Game: PC > Ultima Online > UO Non-Version Specific
Category: EA Store > Premium Services
I think I was able to then put into my own words what the issue was but it won't let me recreate it since I already have a pending issue so I can't tell you that for sure.
Good luck!
Yes you need to login first. Usually if your account is that old (mine is too), your account is "UO_Accountname" and then the same PW as your account. When i try this it only brings up help topics
Did you have to login first ? Because when i try to log in using my account, it says it doesn't exist. ( It's 125 months old, so not in the system?)
*edit* i give up keep the damn money.
Thank you.
The double/triple charge thing is sorta a common thing for credit card companies to deal with. If EA won't help you, dispute the charges with your credit card bank.Lucky you! I'm leery of ordering off the website again.
Thanks for the encouragement. I figure I will give EA another day to fix it and then if they don't I will contact my credit card and dispute the charges. The double/triple charge thing is sorta a common thing for credit card companies to deal with. Sorry you haven't gotten your codes yet.

Chrissay,If your multiple orders were exactly the same a refund should be coming to you. It normally takes the bank 2-3 days for it to reflect on your statement. Check with your bank to see how long it usually takes them.
If your multiple orders were different in any way you should have received the individual codes for them by now. In this case getting a refund will require the return of the un-used code in your ticket.
If you want to call me while you are at the computer, I can talk you through making a ticket.I've been charged five times, no refunds, and no codes. I sent a PM to Chrissay, but I can't seem to find where I can actually send in a report to EA. I've logged in with my a UO_account and everything!
I can understand how these problems occurred. What your trying to do here is offer items for sale over the internet via a webpage, which is really cutting edge stuff. Your pushing the envelope here with this ground breaking "buy over the internet" phenomenon. If your multiple orders were exactly the same a refund should be coming to you. Although I don't believe that Chrissay is truly your intended target here, she has been working hard to get this all straightened out, your post is absolutely hilarious!I can understand how these problems occurred. If you ever manage to overcome these difficulties then I'm sure it'll catch on and before you know it the internet will be full of websites that offer things for sale, and thanks to EA's pioneering work on the UO store site, one day this type of service will be simple, straight forward and trouble free.

Its directed at EA. I mean come on ... seriously ... how hard can it be? It beggars belief that they can screw up something as simple as this.Although I don't believe that Chrissay
