New Felucca Rune Library

The rune library of Shadowspire, a small player town near Skara Brae in Felucca, is opening its doors to the public. With over three thousand runes to all facets, towns, dungeons, shrines, and more, the Shadowspire Rune Library is a quiet, remote place for players to use.

In addition to the runes, you will also find a vendor and a steward who will give you a rune to the library if you ask for one.
