make it so that the new artis use the normal stats of that item when used against non-factioners. in other words, make the new items forget their bonus vs non-faction chars.
example, mace and shield glasses get an extra 10dmg%... player has 95 total +dmg% vs enemy factioners... 85 total +dmg% vs all players who are not faction.
might kinda muck up things for people who build a suit around adjusted resists, and i'm not sure how that would work with the fcr3 crystal ring..... they could make fc/fcr and resist mods an exception, perhaps.
p.s. I would also like to see (if they don't make the above adjustments) factioners restricted from entering anti-virtue dungeons and t2a, since remove-curse bandages, new potions, new arties etc grant faction-guilds too much of an advantage over non-faction-guilds, at a champ spawn.
