I'm not sure what the drop count was, I know the only drop that was this year was a 10 drop, limited data I know but from what i've seen it doesn't appear to be 20.

Actually multi clienting isn't illegal at all. You just open up two Ultima Online window gumps. However, Multiboxing is illegal. Those are two different things.
Multiple drops aren't uncommon either. Before the system to where items dropped in your pack, I know players who got 5 drops because they loot the monsters. My opinion, if you are paying for two accounts and you want to attend the event on both LEGALLY, then why not? After all, you're the one paying the monthly subscriptions for both accounts.
If people got banned because they have more than one account and used them both at the same time, this game would literally die because about 70% of the games population has more than one account.
If you do the 2 windows legally, there is no illegal third party program. In reality, you use a mechanism that the game offers ITSELF. Alt + right click (I think) which is an auto following system. You do that and target your other character then it follows you. It's not illegal at all.
Now... one good thing about this game is the diversity of its content. Many find using two accounts at the same time is an 'abomination' of sorts. Others, myself, feel that they are spending THEIR money for this game. Let them do as they wish. But hey... I've received a lot a backlash for speaking my mind this week concerning Chessy.. so why should this be different? Let the hate begin!

But then again... the whole concept of the 'rares community' is a community made up of scum bags because we go to events for items and then sell them.
Lets get this clear...
I see scripters harvesting ingots, leather, etc for their market. Getting things like this illegally. Yet, do you see us rares collectors complaining?
I see pvpers running obvious hacks and scripts to gain the ability to get one over on the next opponent. Yet do you see us rares collectors complaining?
I see players of THEIR home shard (Europa yesterday) harassing their own EM. It wasn't the cross sharders. Yet do you see us rares collectors complaining?
I see bards scripting up their skills in the twisted weild so they can be better at their skill set. Yet do you see us rares collectors complaining?
(The list can go on and on)
Rares collecting is a profession in this game. Some go to events to get the item for their collection while some go to sell the item. Actually, some go for both. (me). If I get an item that doesn't fit my collection, I sell it so I would have enough funds to buy something that does.
I am TIRED of players always complaining that the rares community is the most greediest player group in the game. When i fact, the truth is FAR from it. There are players of this community that does so much.
@Lord Nabin for donating money for player events such as the rares fest
@Longtooths for buying a nooby item yesterday for a massive amount. Only to help a new player. He does this quite often.
@Nails Warstein for his brokering services he does for free.
@Manticore for dedicating his time to the event item list archives and doing this for YEARS.
@Decadence for doing the same as Manticore on her website.
@Captn Norrington for his FREE transfer services
@Scribbles for his transfer services as well.
@ All of the past and future rares fest hosts because they put SO much of their time for their own community.
@brianfreud2 for his transfer services.
