I sent Mesanna an email about this issue because it happens at EM events as well. She emailed back asking for details which I supplied, from there I felt it just got "swept under the rug".
I am sorry you felt the email regarding Despise was swept under the rug but until we got back from vacation there was nothing we can do about it. We heard everyone's feedback and are fixing that and the issue with the healing mobs healing the boss, we hope to have it out today or tomorrow.
As far as this happening at EM events, that only happens in Fel and there is no way we can interfer with the ruleset of Felucca. EM's try to not have an all out war but somethings it just can't be helped.
