I made the vollem and the scorpion, now where do you get the oil flasks for the wolf? I have the other materials, but I haven't found it in any of the crafting menus. Am I missing something?

Gah I hate when people do that.

Where do the oil flasks come from? Something tells me they are an old item but I can't remember where I saw them.

You can buy them from an Innkeeper or Provisioner. Or maybe a Tinkerer. Prior to Stygian Abyss their use was to refill lanterns, which actually run out of fuel believe it or not.
