If I create a new character, I cannot place a house on that character for 7 days correct?

No, I think it's 7 now. I did it the other day and was well under 15. You cannot place on a trial though, so it needs to be a full account.

I *think* I'm right in saying that the 15 day rule was removed when they brought in the restrictions on trial accounts. If it's a paid-for account you can place. Trial accounts can't.

Yea. I placed one about 10 minutes after creation too. My neighbor moved right as I was creating the account.

yup - I believe this is correct. I recall that clamoing down on trial accounts changed stuff like this.
