New Champ Spawns and Anti-ghostcam code

So far it seems the new spawns have no anti-ghostcam code, i.e. any ghost can enter it and you don't get telestormed out if you log out there. Another thing forgotten, i'd say?
Plus, there are still houses in the Lich spawn zone, at least on europa. Is it legal and i can safely purchase such a land, or still due to get fixed?
