As it is with some other house addons. Which is not bad in my opinion, as long as you can lock it down explicitely if you want (like with guild stones or Vet reward banners).

Also about carpets, When they go into your moving crate (eg you place a wall over where carpet once was) you need to double click the tile to be able to remove it from the crate!

Actually no one since no one is co own to any of my accounts except mine, and my UO hubbys other accounts.
Couple days 1 or 2 pieces of our carpet would disappear when I know I did lock the pieces down. Today I was on a co owner and accidently clicked the carpet instead of the chest.Which brought me here to post this thread to let others know about this so they also didn't lose pieces the same way
but anyone who and a chance to get carpet for free would do it =p

I can see a guild called the Carpet Baggers, carpet theives... now to get folks to co-own them...

I would so steal carpets as a joke!

Though its a good warning, I've forgotten to lock things down, clicking them to release the lock is something I would do with the owner, let alone a co owner.

biggest problem i have found with these carpets is the 'accidental' double clicks on them. I was training imbuing and sometimes while click click click etc i was going too fast and you get that 'you cannot reach that' message as the menu is 'offscreen' refreshing and i was accidently dbl clicking the floor underneath the menu. Couldnt figure out why 'squares' of my carpets kept disappearing.

I tried to see if once 'placed' and locked you could 'officially' lock them down by using the 'I wish to lock this down' say command, however it won't let you. Can't say I am happy about how easy it is to accidently double click on the floors to see your carpets disappear. Perhaps this is a sneaky goldsink made so that ppl need to keep replacing the 'thread-lock-bare' bits
