[Gardening] New cactus plant?

I'm just returning to the game after a year+ break from uo and wanted to start up on gardening again from scratch but I couldn't find info on this new cactus plant that just sprouted, I got it off from a Bogling/Bog Thing, it's a plain seed and has the same graphic as the peculiar cactus plant but only this one can be pollinated while the peculiar one can't. Is this a new cactus plant?
