After a bit of digging around I saw that pic at the in game store, is the text that it brands onto pet's name a different color? Can you pick a color? Does the player decide what it says? Or is there a list to choose from? I also read there were some issues with the branding disappearing, have those been addressed? I would really hate to waste sov on something I can not really personalize or would disappear shortly after use.

It's just like an engraving tool, there is no choice of color it's just blue.
I personally don't like that they put the word ~Branded~ on there but what can you do?
