New Bookcase & Hitching post

Just gleaned some interesting information about these new craftables after peeking around some more on test. The hitching post is now a replica and the bookcase is called an Academic bookcase. A new ingredient is needed to make each of these new items as well. Animal pheromone is needed to make the post and an Academic book is needed to make the bookcase.

Does anyone know any more about these items?

Yes, this probably belongs in another forum, but this is my home and for the most part populated by bright involved folks.

From what I heard the hitching post will allow you to stable pets at your home. No idea if this is true.
