New Blood tiles?

Ive noticed on about four different servers there are vendors selling blood splashes and tiles. A few different versions. They are priced from 6mil to 12 mil and just say "Blood". Anyone have any idea of where these came from? I know you could get them from gypsy camps long long ago but to have this many surface at once is kinda odd. Did they drop in the recent invasion of luna? Or can you get them at champ spawns like swamp or lava? Just wondering.
