The vendor is "Albertus Buybacks" and is located North from Yew Moongate. Just one screen from the gate. Behind Elmer Fudd's vendors.

Come and buy you faction gear back, before they become trophies again.

That's why I don't use Arties. I have 3 chests full of gear from players.

Almost 4 chests.
