Hi to all!!!

I'm a new player on this shard!

In this time i've a trial account...but i wont to purchase a new account or upgrade this...what can i do to make it?

If i try to purchase stygian abyss new account or upgrade...it say to me: ERROR: You cannot make a store purchase because the account you logged in with is too new. Accounts must be older than 30 days in order to purchase anything other than an account creation code or Game Time.


so i ask you how i can to resolve mt problem...do i must wait the of trial? (but the trial during 14 days) or make a new account?

Yes, you need to wait til lthe trial is over. Then you can buy the upgrade For Stygian Abyss.

Try buying from the EA store, instead of uogamecodes.

uogamecodes is primarily set up for existing users, at the moment (it's in bad need of an upgrade).

On the other hand, the EA Games store online makes no such assumptions - in fact, you might even be able to get the Stygian Abyss New Account cheaper there than on the uogamecodes site.

If you want a new account now without the hassle of the trial period you can do the following:

1. Make an account with EA for UO. When you get to the screen to enter a code open a new tab.

2. On the new tab you can buy from UOGamecodes a "NEW" account Stygian Abyss game code. Once this is mailed to your email addy you will have two codes. One is for a new Stygian Abyss game, and the other code is for a starting player token to help you out and redeemable in game. Make sure to enter the proper code when starting your new account.

3. If you have a trial account already started, you can get ahold of the support chat option. EA support helped me with my first account and took around 20mins to xfer my trial account to a normal subscription account.

I hope this helps, I learned this via trial and error and added two accounts this way so I know it works.
