Neon Green Rune - worth anything?

Back when we could create neon dyes most people made neon colored rune books which are still floating around out there but there doesnt seem to be as many neon colored runes floating around.
So the question becomes how valuable is it since it can no longer be made?

(you can not mark the rune again or it looses its color for those that dont know this)

Many of the neon runebook dye tubs still exist, theyre simply not open to public use.

Yes know of a couple of Neon dye tubs still floating around -atleast on Baja there is a Neon Pink and a Neon Blue that I know of though there could be more. Never thought that this item would be worth mills just wondered if it was worth anything

Well, some of the tubs are not frozen on one color. But its possible someone may be willing to pay 50-100k maybe alil bit more as the item is a bit of an oddity.
