neiras axe?

a friend gave me this axe a while back and told me he got it by disarming the champ and killing her or something
he said we cant get these anymore
its a normal ececutioner's axe phyical damage 100% and nothing else on it only difference is the blade has blood on it its all red
anyone know anything about this axe?

Neira does not have an axe, she has a red sword. the axe you have is an old guard axe from umbra when you could kill em. it is worth maybe 200k, there are a lot of them out there.
