Neighborhood Question - Please help!!!

Ok Sim community - I need your help with a question. I have created a new neighborhood in AV. I have about 10 different homes in the neighborhood, but our neighborhood name isn't showing on the big map!!! It shows when you click on Neighborhood, but not when looking at the City view. Is this because of the merge? Are they not adding anymore neighborhoods to City View?

If someone can please help or let me know how your neighborhood appears on City View, I'd be forever greatful!!!
