[Discussion] Negative 100 Luck

Does Negative 100 Luck effect the value of a jewel by quite a bit?
I have a few pieces that overall seem really nice but not sure of their value as a few of them have this.

If your making a luck suit then definitely! Otherwise -100 luck ain't to bad.
I keep any nice loot with it. Any other negatives get binned.
