Needed-KR Macros:Setup Tutorial

Okay as many here know. Having Macros setup properly can mean the difference between getting the Kill or collecting yet another gray robe. In previous versions of UO setting up Macros was fairly easy and even had a third party programs to make it even more efficient.
Now enter Kingdom Reborn. I the graphics are superior and even some of the interface has been improved. The downside is the Macro system. I am having problems setting up these vital keys. It seems like it would be really easy, and yet I'm having issues setting them up. So I have a question for those of you who use KR.

Can you outline in brief how to set up the macros in KR?

The best instructions I have seen were done at www.spellweave.com which unfortunately appears to be down right now :sad3:

One thing I would suggest is after you get them set up, is to then log out and back in so it doesn't crash. If it does crash then you will lose the macros and then you will be mad <- experience talking there.
