[Spirit Speak] Needed for Lich Form?

As title - do I need Spirit Speak to gain the benefit of Lich Form's increased mana regeneration?

SS doesn't affect the MR you get from lich form. however when they nerfed MR they nerfed lich form as well. in my opinion is not worth using anymore
