Need White Chocolate

But the Valentine white chocolate is not working. Can cooks make white chocolate? Does a vender sell white chocolate? Does a monster drop white chocolate?

Is a tinker quest in gargoyle land. If anyone knows the reward and posts what it is, I would appreciate it.

Apparently you need to get vanilla from monster drops then a chef can use that to make white chocolate
