Need Vent Hlp Plz

ok I came back bout a yr ago , I just started to use vent , like since last night...

My push to talk key will work when I am in the vent window , or any other window , EXCEPT when I am in the UO window.
I play CC always, have a guildie who plays CC and thier push to talk works just fine while in UO game window.
My push to talk will not work if I am in full screen or windowed mode of game.

Anyone know whats going on here?
