[Price Check] need to know if worth anything

I have a few items I need a price check on

1. Red Deamon bone armor - durability is 255, have the tunic, legs, gloves and arms

2. a seed marked as a fishing weight

3. labeled lockpicks, but is 3 of them, not like normal lockpicks

2 exploit to change seed to weight. Not really rare. Like orange feather instead of petals.
3. 100k to 300k on atlantic.
