[Discussion] Need to know if this cake is a special cake or not.

Clearly, the only thing raising a question is the last text line on it. As i haven't yet heard of a cake inscribing tool, my first guess is an EM "decorated" it. Does anyone have a clue where did this item come from? Is it craftable&named or from a specific event?

Cooks can make a cake decorating tool. It's listed under 'enchanted' UO Stratics - Cooking

I've made several and used them to make birthday cakes.
