need to create new sig please help

i need to create a new sig mines just a hair too big and i want it in something other than gif form etc. i think aeowyn you mentioned a photo shop style program that was free of charge. might i be able to get a link to that please and thank you.

I recommend this as a free pic editor program:http://www.gimp.org/

If you have the money and the will to try the best of the best, give either Adobe's Photoshop a try or Fireworks.

I use Fireworks for all my graphical needs, creations, and edits. Used it for hmm, well over 6 years now.
