Need some swing speed help

How fast does it swing now?

Is it 1.75 or 1.5?

What about at 180 dex?

4 second weapon with 45ssi and 150 stamina would be a 2 second swing rate. 180 stamina would be 1.75 seconds. According to the chart.

For every 10%SSI take off .25

120 *Stamina= 1.00 off the Base Weapon Speed
30 SSI= .75 off the Base Weapon Speed
