I have a 100% poison dmg leafblade with sp channeling no pen, unimbue.

Any suggestion on what is best to imbue for pvp? and how about pvm?

It would be a bit hard to give advice without knowing what type of character you have. If you have a dexxer, get a better weapon. Infectious Strike is popular at the moment. Most dexxers don't really need spell channeling. Save it for training, maybe?
