How do you delete your character and make another and use your soulstones to add the skills on your new character? Anyone enlighten me?

Soulstones are "account" bound. On prodo you switch a skill to another character all together. Even use a spare character to dumb skills and refit your characters altogether.
Here, its just as easy. Put the soulstones in your house. (All characters on an account are "owners")
Keep in mind you will need powerscrolls and a +25 stat if you want your character to be as good as the old one.
