[Throwing] Need some help

Finally I have decided to work on my Thrower. What I need to know is what kind of suit and weap will fit a pvm thrower best? And a template that would work well. Ive seen you guys out there throwing and doing a hellva lot of damage..that is my goal! Any help or hints would be appreciated!
