[Price Check] Need some help with my small rare collection

Hello all,

So over the years I have sold and traded rares but now I have been out of the loop for a while and just needed some help with pricing a few rares that I have left over.

- Singing Ball
- Ship Model
- Original Bank check (1,000,000)
- Server Birth Gold Ingot (Looks like a gold ingot, not the mined kind, looks like gold)
- Golden Blood Moss
- Deed to A Field Stone House
- Deed to A Small Tower
- Deed to A Stone-Plaster House
- Fishing Weight
- Golden Chessboard
- Full Set of Practice Weapons
- Bottle (is the Green Square one, looks like the special beard dye but is just a Bottle)
- A Whispering Rose from Turd Burgler
- A Whispering Rose from Victorias Secret
- Bucket of Water
- Full Glacial Spell Book
- Chivalry Book with 0 spells
- A Faction Robe (anyone can wear it faction or non faction)

Not very much but just what I have held onto and not sold over time. If anyone can give me prices I would much appreciate it!

House deeds- around 10m
Glacial Spellbook- 5-15m (depends on if blessed)
Faction Robe- 3-10m
Singing Ball- 60-80m

Sorry not to derail but was curious. I have seen a couple of times people talking about blessed/nonblessed glacial items. Which are more rare and why? Thanks =)

They both have about the same rarity. Blessed are more desirable though. The un-blessed spellbooks cant be insured making them almost useless. They can be blessed but only if they are empty by selling them to an npc mage and buying them back. Blessed ones are worth about 10-15m while un-blessed ones are worth under 10m.

At the moment I am only getting PC but if the going rates are high enough I may part with them. I remember what they were worth when I first acquired them but I have been out of the loop so long I don't know what the current rates are.
