uh, ya, pm me with your log in and password, and I'll fix it fer ya....
Actually I think all you do is hit the link on the starting page of the game window, and it will take you to your accounts page, then you log in with your regular game log in and password, then go to account billing, and make any changes there.

Stand on your front porch, roll up a newspaper into a cone, yell into the cone "hey anyone at EA dealing with UO please help me", then wait. Same response as in game.
