I don't know about many of these prices, but I would like to correct a couple of them. (or at least to my knowledge).

The guild deed should be worth more than 25k. I believe PoCove was referring to what it costs to make a new guild. Obviously the deed gives/gave you a guildstone, and was from before you could do it with the little button on your paperdoll. I would say this would be worth more around 250-500k.

Also, I think he's a little high on the Orny. I'm not real sure about Baja prices, but on Origin they sell for between 10-14mil on average. The personal bless deed on it will not help your sale at all. In fact, that should be taken off before you sell it, as it won't work for anyone other than the person it is blessed for.

I'd say the ethies will yield 2m max, if you're lucky.

The orny will not go for more than 10-12m because of the personal bless deed, meaning others cannot put theirs on it.

Otherr than that, PoCove seems to have gotten good estimates for the rest.

Yes Eathys on my shard Oceania .. generally go rot 1-3 mil and the bear for 5 There are a big difference between shards ...

"a guild deed" gives you nothing - its just a deed.
"a deed to a guild stone" with description; Guild name; such and such"
will, when double clicked in your own home, give you a target curser, where you can place the guild stone.
