Need information about a "small forge deed" - please...

I was doing a little early spring cleaning, when I found a deed for a small forge in one of my chests. It is mirrored and is labeled "small forge deed" . (see picture below)

I'm sure it's at least 5 years old - probably older, but does anyone know exactly when it is from?

Oh, and is it rare? Is it worth anything?

Sorry. Dont know anything about it. Wish could help you. Best I can say is an old tagged deed. Kinda like the big forge deed's. Maybe Sarsmi can help you out if he/she sees the post. Think they know a bit about these types of things.
