From what I understand - sigil timers are back to what they used to be.

What about points? Do thieves still get points? Do you still get extra (double?) points in town (or is it stronghold area)?

Everything seems to be the way it was I believe the only thing that changed was the sigil timers and they added the cloaks of command.
