need info on castle walls

would someone explain how I can get the new craftable walls where there need to go. I use cc. heard theres more than one way too. ty

also, afew of the masterybnooks I have are still 6 spells only, not 45. were they supposed to change to 45 materies?

It's rather complex sometimes lol. Check the UO Homes and Castles forum for this info. Rubble/New Walls work about the same way. I've seen a few posts concerning this there. Haven't delved into yet myself. Soooon
