There are still plenty of available spots for housing in Trammel and Malas. If you want a 18x18 your best bet is Malas though. If you don`t mind the smaller plots, first decide where you want to live - then equip yourself with a house placement tool and go searching in Trammel

A general tip if you play in 2D - place the game window all the way to the left of the screen when placing.

Just go scouting! Or look for people with Saor guild title, ask for Mort... Ill find you a spot!
