Need help with strangely stuck character

I have one character I've found doing x-shard trades that seems to be stuck in that old "tour" new characters were sent on. His backpack won't open, his paperdoll won't open, he can't move, no context menus will come up, it shows "(squelched)" after his name, and if I try to type speaking text I get a message that he is muted. Anyone know any way to unstick this guy and get him out of this place?

Any option of calling a GM when using KR?

I haven't even logged in with KR in months. Can you tell me where I would normally find the option to page for help in KR? My biggest reason for not using it is that I have no clue how it works. Just too many things to do in RL to have time to learn to play a new game, but I'll sure try using it to fix this if you can let me know where I should look to find the paging option.

you just reminded me, I have someone in a training place for samurai or ninja... I've never even tried to get him out of there, maybe I should

That one isn't difficult to get out of. Found one character like that (samurai) and just took him around to the gold gate and got him out

Got KR patched up and logged into. I still can't get the paperdoll up, and when I bring up help I get a system message saying, "You cannot request help while customizing a house, transferring a character or during the Wanderer's guided tour."

I can get the bug report option to come up. Suppose there's any chance sending in a bug report on it would accomplish anything worthwhile, like getting him out of there?

I could delete the character I suppose, but I would really, really rather not have to do that.
