I'm trying to purchase high seas off of the origin store. When I go to log in, I'm getting an error message saying "You must be online when logging in for the first time". What does that even mean? I've purchased from the store multiple times, most recently in November 2017.
EDIT: I've tried logging into game, official uo forums, and into my uo account page. Can't get it to work.
