Need help with home apraisal.

I have a small plot(9x7 2-story) south of the Skara Brae docks, southwest of Brit. It is right on the ocean. I lucked across the location, and was looking to buy a small house, so i got it while I could, but it looks pretty valuable to me. Could anyone estimate what it would be worth on the Atlantic Shard? I have no clue at all.

9x7 i'm afraid is easy to come by. They range 500k-800k
There is many open spots across trammel and fel facet.

LOL, I picked up a Large Tower, right outside the Cove front gate (yes the left tower wing is in the guardzone) for 750k, lol...production shard prices are too funny...la

Well, I sold one in a similar place, 10x10, right on the ocean, a cute place, virtually no spawn, ocean on two sides and no neighbors. Sold it for a Mil on Pacific...
