Need help with connection issue

That dont tell much at all. It can be all from spam on your computer or a bad isp delivery.
What connection do you got? What operation system do you run?`Can you perform a traceroute from your computer to your best shard? Destination adress will be for example;
tracert atlantic.owo.com - write that in command prompt.
It can be bad wireless connection, or many hops. The tracerout is the most important here.
Run anti virus on your computer and anti malware.
