Need help with account management.

Hi i have a question its been ages since i have had to mess with the uo acct page. A friend wants to hand over her acct to me..its inactive and she hasnt messed with it since the whole new acct migration. She has no clue how to get into her acct. Doesnt know how to make a master acct etc. Is there a step by step guideline that i can give her or explain to her? Does EA have a phone number in the US that she can contact for faster service? Any help is appreciated thanks

If she hasn't linked the account yet, and she wants to just give it to you, all she has to do is give you the account name and password and you can get into the account and link it to your master account. Simplest way I'd think.

She needs to login using her email address and then "link" her old account by the sounds of it. When linking she needs to put the old UO account name followed by _UO. For example if her UO account was lets say "test" she would enter "test_uo" when linking.
