Need help with a D&D conversion Table

I am about to try (I may regret it) to make a conversion table for all of the different versions of D&D. I have made the easy parts (1E-2E , 2E-3E , and 3E-3.5E) but have not started on the slide tables for 4E. We use old templates and run in all the different settings. I want to be able to convert any and all D&D based items in order to slide between the versions as painlessly as possible.

I would really love any and all help in this project. I would also like to see anything that anyone else has to make this as complete as possible. Thanks
