Need Help getting out of Help Queue

Originally I used the Help function to page a GM on an unattended scriptor. Got the "#6 in queue message" for 45 minutes or so and then a GM appeared and chatted with me.

Well and fine. GM took care of problem and left.

I continued to get the Queue message. I went back into Help menu and canceled my request. Continued to get the message.

Logged the character out 4 times. Continued to get the message.

Logged character out for 20 minutes and came back in. Continue to get the message.

Tried to cancel Help request again and can't. Continue to get the message.

What do I have to do to get my character out of the "You are currently number 6 in the help queue for the request sent at 03/07/2008 16:13:06 GMT." loop? It has been going on for over an hour now.

I had it for days after a successful page.

As far as I'm aware, and as ridiculous as it sounds, a further help request is actually required to remove you from the help request queue.

This has happened to me I ended up in the Q twice! After server down it was fixed for me tho.

hehe... and I was just going to joke about putting a help request in about removing a help request... hah...

Finally!

After 3 more hours I got the gump from the GM letting me cancel the request. The yellow letters have stopped appearing.
