Need help for Offense (Little/no defense) build

Basically, I want to be a mage thief. I do not know how power-scrolls work, which make make this hard to do.

The basic Idea I had was to have a char that can go around, looting and stealing, and then, if need be, fry a character quickly. Now, this might be quite impossible. If it is possible, but I would be crazy to have no defense, is it possible to have a full, good pvp build with thief skills as well?

If mixing the two are crazy, then how do I get the most damage possible in a build, preferably no necro stuff.

90 stealin (+30 from shadowdancers & Burglars)
90 Snooping (+10 from Burglars)
100 Hiding
40 Stealth (+35 from Shadowdancer, Burglars & Oak Leaf)
90 Ninjitsu (+30 From jewels, You want more mods here as well 30 HCI would be best together with EP(goodluck))

That leaves you 310 Skill points, i would go for 120 Weapon skill and 90 tactics. That leaves you 100 Skill points that probably would be best placed in Chiv and the rest to raise stealth a bit more.

You can Deadly poison with darts/shurikens, deathstrike, pot and use special moves. You will never get a reall PvP'r down but you can surley kill someone that isnt ready, like someone working the spawn ^^

And you dont really need/want defense, smokebomb if things get ugly and attack when someone isnt expecting you and burn all your mana at once.



This doesnt have anything to do with magery though

Well, I was looking more for a killer mage fit for smoking random guys that could have thief stuff added on...

Well its more or less the same only much less effective.
You really need 15sdi, 2/5casting, 120 eval to do enough dmg.
How come you rather use magery related skills instead of the ones i listed?


What you could do is run a theif without Hiding stealth, i never tryed it but i guess it could work. It will be much harder to get away with your goods though.

120 Magery
120 Eval
60 Meditation
120 Resist
120 Stealing
100 Snooping
80 Anatomy

Try to get at least 20+ Skill from items and bumb anatomy to 100.

I like thief stuff, but not as much as magery.
